Today I'm packing because we start our trip down to Europe tomorrow by taking the ferry
to Stockholm.

My Lawyer Will Call You Lawyer

Watching movies has turned into a serious hobby of mine, so it was almost
inevitable that at some point I'd want to write about them in some form.
On January 1st me and Nick decided to begin a new film blog together:

The idea is that we both write a review of each movie that we watch together.
So far there haven't been huge disagreements between our reviews, but most certainly

'Frau Swan' is getting ready

Last weekend was great! Thank you everyone at Bar Loose on Friday and at Jääpuisto on Saturday.
It is possible to play a gig outside when it's -14C° and be both hot and cold at the same time...

As I am getting ready for Germany, they seem to be getting ready for us! Some great reviews for Better Than Wages have already appeared. And they call me Frau Swan!

First Gig of 2010

Tonight we will be playing the first Astrid Swan & The Drunk Lovers show of the year.
We will be celebrating at Bar Loose (Annankatu 21), Helsinki. The new year brings changes to the band line-up: on guitar we have Lauri Eloranta (from Damn Seagulls).
